How the Sales Pipeline Works

Built by movers with 15+ years in the industry. Here is the actual workflow, from the first inquiry to a booked move.

1. Leads come in without anyone typing them

Your website quote form posts directly to your company's lead intake API endpoint. The lead appears in the pipeline with the customer's details already filled in. Broker paperwork? Broker Import & AI Scanner (a separate service on Professional, included on Enterprise) reads broker sheets and turns them into booked jobs instead of making your office re-type them.

2. Work the pipeline, not a spreadsheet

Leads move through clear pipeline stages so your sales team knows exactly what to call on today. Every note, follow-up, and quote lives on the lead record. When a rep is out, anyone can pick up the lead and see the whole story.

3. Build an itemized estimate in minutes

Line-item estimates with your rates — labor, travel, materials, storage. The customer sees a clean, itemized quote instead of a lump-sum mystery number. Fewer "what am I paying for?" calls, fewer day-of-move disputes.

4. Customer signs electronically — and the estimate becomes the job

The customer signs the estimate on their phone or desktop. Once booked, that same estimate record carries the whole move: the operations calendar entry, crew and truck assignment, the Bill of Lading, and the final payment all hang off it. There is no handoff to a second system because there is no second system.

5. See who is actually selling

The sales dashboard shows pipeline value and booking performance so you can coach reps on facts. Because bookings and payments live on the same record, revenue numbers come from real money — not a rep's optimistic forecast.

Built for the phones-and-pipeline grind. Your reps quote, send, and book from one screen — while the pipeline tracks every dollar they touch.

Why It Beats the Fragmented Setup

A generic CRM plus an estimating tool plus an e-signature subscription is three bills and three places for a lead to fall through.

The Fragmented Setup

  • ✕Leads copied by hand from website emails into a generic CRM
  • ✕Quotes built in Word or a separate estimating tool
  • ✕A third subscription just to collect e-signatures
  • ✕Re-keying every booked move into an operations system

  • ✓Itemized estimates built on the lead record in minutes

CRM Questions, Answered

Can my website send leads directly into the CRM?

Yes. Every company on Professional and Enterprise gets a lead intake API endpoint with its own posting key. Point your website quote form at it and new leads land in your pipeline, tagged to your company, with no copy-paste from email. The endpoint is documented in the Help Center article "Website Lead Intake API".

How do estimates and e-signatures work?

You build an itemized estimate on the lead — line items, rates, and totals. The customer opens a secure link and signs electronically on their phone or desktop. No printing, no scanning, no separate e-signature subscription.

What happens when a customer books?

The booked estimate becomes the job. The same record carries the move through dispatch, crew assignment, the Bill of Lading, and final payment. Sales never re-keys data into an operations system because there is no second system.

How is the CRM priced?

The CRM comes with Professional and Enterprise, from $599 a month with 30 users. Carrier has no sales CRM. Each user beyond your plan's included users is $20 a month.
