Seeing Your Sales Numbers

Find your own pipeline, weekly sales, booked revenue and rep performance on My Dashboard, the Sales Board, Salesmen Performance and Sales Reports.

There are four places to look, and they answer different questions. Pick the one that matches what you actually want to know.

"How am I doing?" — My Dashboard

CRM → My Dashboard, Overview tab. These are your own numbers, from the leads assigned to you:

  • Close Rate — the share of your leads that booked.
  • Pipeline — the value of your open estimates (each lead's largest open estimate).
  • Projected (Open Quotes) — the commission your open quotes would earn, labelled as a projection.
  • Earned This Week — commission earned this week, from the payroll engine.
  • Appointments Today and Closed This Week (leads booked since Monday).

The standard Sales job sees this page but not the company-wide screens below, so for most reps this is the place to look.

"How is the team doing this week?" — the Sales Board

Dashboard → Sales Board.

This is the Weekly Sales Tracker: your company's week (Monday to Sunday), rep by rep and day by day, with the Leader called out at the top. Use Prev and Next to change week, or set your own dates. TV View opens a full-screen copy for an office screen. Empty rows read Open sales rep slot.

Each rep's row shows:

  • Booked Sales — the price each job was first booked at, counted on the day its required deposit was fully paid (or on its first payment, when the estimate asks for no deposit).
  • Cash Received — move money actually collected that day on booked jobs.
  • Partial Deposits — deposit money taken before the deposit was paid in full.

Reps are ranked by Booked Sales. A job is credited to the rep on the estimate.

"How is each rep doing over time?" — Salesmen Performance

Reports → Salesmen Performance.

Same idea, but you choose the window. The Date Range control offers Today, This Week, This Month (the default), Last Month, This Year or Custom; or type a From Date and To Date, then click Submit. Weeks start on Monday, and days follow your company's time zone. A Totals row sums the range, and every number is a link to the records behind it.

The columns run from Total Leads, Quote Emails and Quoted Unique through Booked Customers, Book % and Total Booked Estimates to the money:

  • Booked Estimate $ — what the rep sold: each job's first-booking price. A later revision or job completion never changes it.
  • Customer Payments — move money actually received in the range, credited to the rep on the estimate the payment belongs to. Storage payments, broker entries and voided payments are not sales and are not counted.
  • Refunds — refunds and chargebacks on move payments.

Use this for reviews and commission conversations, where "this week" is not the right window.

"Show me the whole pipeline" — Sales Reports

Reports → Sales Reports. Reports in the sidebar opens the list of company reports; Sales Reports is under Sales.

Pick a Report Type, such as All Pipeline, Leads by Source, Follow-Up Leads, Quoted Leads, Booked Estimates, Lost / Cancelled, New Leads, Leads by Move Date or Revenue by Rep. Then set the window:

  • Quick Range — This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days or Year to Date, or type your own From and To dates.
  • Date Is — which date the range is measured against: Report default (the date the lead was received, for most reports), Received date, Booked date, Move date or Follow-up date. Choose Booked date to see what was actually booked in the range.

Narrow it with the Salesperson, Source, Status and Type filters (each starts on All Reps, All Sources, All Statuses, All Types) or the search box, and use Export CSV for a spreadsheet. The list shows its Est. Value; Revenue by Rep adds Est. Revenue and Avg. Value per rep.

The Booked, Quoted, Lost and Follow-Ups tiles at the top are all-time totals for every lead you can see, and they stay the same whatever filters you set.

Which number is the real one

Booked Sales and Booked Estimate $ are the price a job was first booked at. Cash Received and Customer Payments are money that actually arrived. They are different on purpose and will not match: a booked move with a deposit shows its full booked price but only the deposit as cash. When you are reconciling against the bank, the money-received figures are the ones to trust.

If the numbers are hidden

If your account has the Hide Company Financials restriction, the money is withheld by the system itself, not just hidden on the screen:

  • The Sales Board and the Finance screen do not open for you at all.
  • Salesmen Performance still shows every count (leads, quotes, booked), but the money columns (Booked Estimate $, Customer Payments and Refunds) read Hidden, and their drill-downs are not available.
  • The Dashboard leaves out its money figures: booked sales, deposits received, the money-received chart and Payments Today.

That is deliberate: it keeps company revenue and payment totals from users who should only see their own work. If you need those numbers, an administrator has to change it; see User Roles and Access.

The Sales Board also stays closed with Block Sales Performance (which closes Salesmen Performance too) or Show Only Assigned Leads & Estimates. If Dashboard or Reports are missing from your navigation entirely, those are separate restrictions on your account. The standard Sales job has these screens closed, which is why reps use My Dashboard for their own numbers.
