Settings & Integrations

Company Settings Overview

A map of the Settings area, from company branding and pricing to integrations and warehouse configuration.

The Settings page (sidebar → Admin, or Settings in the menu under your initials at the top right) is the control room for your company's configuration. For the company Super Admin, the setup checklist sits at the top (see Initial Company Setup); below it, settings are organized into four groups of cards. Cards for modules your company has not enabled are hidden, and each page still answers to your own restrictions.

Organization

  • Company Profile & Branding — legal info, logo upload, colors, and document appearance. Your DOT and MC numbers and the company time zone live here too.
  • Departments — your service departments, each with its own 1–3 letter code and dispatch card color. They drive the department selector on leads and estimates and the colors on the dispatch board and calendar. The estimate-number block shown at the top is set by your platform administrator when the company is created.
  • Users & Staff — the people who sign in: their role, admin access, and restrictions; see User Roles and Access.
  • Labor — crew who ride along but never sign in. No login, no user seat.

Operational Config

  • CRM Configuration — lead sources, vendors, and intake logic.
  • Estimate Engine — the Estimate Settings page: document and acceptance rules, your terms and conditions, the What's Included list, estimate charges, and service departments.
  • Tariff Matrix — pricing logic, with sections for Local Pricing, Long Distance Pricing, Auto Transport, and Storage Tariff. This is what powers Auto-Price via Tariff in the estimate builder.
  • Inventory Systems — the item categories and room types used in inventory.
  • Carriers & Agents — your directory of outside carriers, their drivers, the states they serve, and their agreements.

Communications

  • Email Templates / Studio — build department email templates, signatures, merge keywords, and review sent history.
  • Marketing Tools — the Company Gallery, review links, and assets used in customer emails.
  • Email Integrations — connect and verify department sender mailboxes (Super Admin only); see Email Integrations.
  • Notifications — who gets each alert, person by person: an administrator sets every alert to On, Own work or Off for each person in the Who gets each alert grid (see Your Notifications). Admins also set two company-wide items here: Night-Before Driver Alerts and the Route Summary Time.

Admin Settings

  • Security & Permissions — the Roles & Permissions page: a read-only view of what each platform-managed role can access.
  • Global Integrations — the Integrations page: Card Processing (Authorize.Net, Stripe, or NMI), Lead Intake, Call Tracking Metrics, Text Request, Samsara, and the AI Document Scanner.
  • AI Document Scanner — broker scan limits, credit balance, purchase history, and scanner status.
  • Warehouse Logic — warehouse locations, vaults, racks, and floor spots (shown when Warehouse & Storage is enabled).

The sidebar's Settings menu lists the same pages under shorter names (Company Information, Users, Carriers, CRM & Estimates, Communications, Integrations, AI Scanner Usage, Tariff & Pricing). It also holds Platform Billing (your subscription, Super Admin only), Dispatch — Dispatch Settings and Fleet — when Carrier Dispatch is enabled, and Warehouse — Warehouse Settings and Storage Spots — when Warehouse & Storage is enabled.
